Requirement: Previous experience in educational residential management with a firm yet empathetic approach to student counseling.
The Role: To guide students during their evening self-study hours, helping them implement Active Recall and Spaced Repetition techniques outside the classroom. Requirement: A strong academic background and the ability to provide basic conceptual support in Science, Commerce, or Arts.
The Role: To manage the mess and cafeteria, ensuring that students receive balanced, high-nutrition meals that fuel long hours of cognitive work.
Requirement: Experience in large-scale catering or nutrition management with a focus on hygiene and balanced diets.
The Role: To provide 24/7 vigil, ensuring a 100% safe environment for our students, especially those traveling from rural areas.
Requirement: High integrity, alertness, and a background in security or disciplined services.
